Life after Dallas Seminary
Since graduating from Dallas Seminary life continues to be busy for me. It was not long after I graduated that we moved to Wycliffe Courts and I began my linguistic studies. It was very interesting as I was learning about Phonetics, Phonology, Grammar and Semantics. These classes were in preparation for being able to analyze a language for its different sounds and grammar; giving me the skills that will enable me to learn the language and write papers.
September marked the beginning of our travels to visit partners in ministry. We have been to San Antonio, and Austin, TX, Kansas City, MO, Albany and Schenectady, NY. It has been so good to see friends and family . While in NY I was able to connect with people that I had lost contact with. I am pictured here with Michele Muckle one of my former students from Capitol Christian Academy where I taught from ‘77 to ‘85.
We look forward to the coming months as we connect with more friends and partners before we leave for Papua New Guinea in mid-January.
